I read your blog reports. Indianhead is ...Norbert,

I read your blog reports. Indianhead is a tough hike from any angle. This report from 2013 was the Schad route. I just did a second summit in October 2022 via the North Ridge (https://ironhiker.blogspot.com/2022/10/indianhead-via-north-ridge.html) and took some drone shots. You can download all of my GPS tracks from peakbagger.com.

I thought the North Ridge route was easier than the Schad route. I haven't done the south gully yet (your 3rd attempt), but it looked to me to be more difficult, with more class 3 scrambling. I know that terrain can get treacherous if you stray too far left. Good luck with your future attempts.tekewinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10230830520110635922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3797598074793378196.post-40743467975505555402023-01-22T23:54:24.594-08:002023-01-22T23:54:24.594-08:00Nice description! I have yet to succeed, and you got me motivated. But I still think the couloir at the beginning of the trail is the shortest way to go.Norberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14810375127701781161noreply@blogger.com
